Совершенно не компетентный риэлтор эта Байкова Светлана! Купили квартиру, она представляла продавца. Наше конечно упущение, что мы были без своего риэлтора, понадеялись, что эта риэлтор все оформит и проведёт как нужно, все нужные справки предоставит. Как оказалось зря надеялись-после покупки уже выяснилось, что есть долги по коммулке и за кап.ремонт.И если на все можно открыть счета на себя, то с кап.ремонтом и коммуналкой не пройдёт это, нужно теперь через суд выбивать! Светлана даже не удосужилась показать справки, видимо думала раз мы не спросили значит и не надо! "Профессионал" конечно, ничего не скажешь! Но на этом наша эпопея с этой квартирой не закончилась-как выяснилось она не дала нам конечный акт приема-передачи квартиры с показаниями счётчиков! А причина-бывший хозяин ключи оставил соседям когда съезжал и она благополучно забила на это, главное ведь бабки получила от него, зачем доводить сделку до конца?!! А сделка между прочим без этого акта считается не завершён ной и если что то случится с квартирой то будет отвечать бывший владелец. Так что мы фактически даже и не считаемся до конца владельцами. Никому не советую связываться с ней, некомпетентна от слова совсем!
