Операторы отвратительные, грубые! Где сервис???? Где клиентоориентированность??? Вообще вам клиенты нужны???? Водители, так вообще обнаглели, без предупреждения уезжают!!!
Очень сильный преподаватель Маликова Ульяна Александровна. Теоретическую часть давала доступным для нас языком, используя профессиональные термины и понятия с пояснениями и схемами. В практической части курса был индивидуальный подход к каждому.
По вине этого такси, опоздал на важную встречу. И такой инцидент не первый. Оператор на вопрос: "Как связаться с начальством?" кладет трубку. При повторных звонках...грубит.Прошу принять меры. В противном случае буду вынужден обратиться в отдел по защите прав населения.
