Недавно обратилась в АН "Эксперт-Профи". Профессионализм отсутствует полностью! Обратилась с продаже и покупкой жилья. По началу все нормально было, потом начали приводить потенциальных покупателей без предупреждения и предварительных звонков. Один раз буквально в дверях застали!
Знание законодательства и его новелл совершенно отсутствует. Информация о том, что вступили в силу изменения в законе стали известны спустя 10 дней после вступления. В итоге из-за спешки жилье было продано по "дешевке", а ценник за работу с конкретными ляпами огромный. Не ходите туда!
Очень хочется поблагодарить агенство за проделанную работу, особенно Галину, которая откликнулась на мою просьбу. Я продавала свой дом-таунхаус очень долго, звонившие говорили, что цена большая, никто не возьмет, тем более кризис, зарплаты упали и т.д. Я уже было согласилась цену снижать, а тут знакомая дала телефон агенства. Позвонила, договорились о встрече, заключили договор. В общем я осталась довольна, продала дом за планируемую цену в течение 2-х недель. Спасибо вам еще раз! Успехов в работе!
