Купили 4 букета цветов(букеты одинаковые, но цвет разный), пока со второго этажа добрались до кассы цена одного букет возросла на 40 рублей, но кассир нам пробила только один букет, видимо остальные имеют другую цену....Надо идти снова на второй этаж, к тому же пока мы разбирались с букетами, нам не вернули скидочную карту.Кассир сказала, что у нее ее нет......Спросили книгу жалоб, тишина...Спросили вышестоящие руководство, похоже никто не знает где оно такое есть...Бардак полнейший!
