Здравствуйте ! 31 мая 2016 года, состоялось очередное заседание Арбитражного суда РБ по иску Карамурзина Р.А. к "Уральской народной кассе"-кредитному кооперативу, на предмет несостоятельности (банкротства). В прошлый раз кооператив подал ходатайство о замене кандидатуры временного управляющего Дронова Я.В. Сегодня судья проинформировала участников суда о том, что от Дронова поступил комплект документов, в т.ч. пояснения по его задолженности перед СРО, членом которой он является. Мне непонятно, почему Дронов говорит об СРО-саморегулируещей организации и своих долгах перед ней, когда СРО относится к строительным организациям, а не денежно-кредитным?Причем тут его долги ?Вы ведь, Руслан Александрович, считаете его дельным специалистом ?!
