В декабре 2010 года установили окна. Купили на Гагарина 38. С осени до весны окна плачут, все подоконники залиты конденсатом, зимой образуется наледь, все окна черные от грибка. Много раз обращалась в фирму "Арка", присылали разных сотрудников, составляли акты, делали замер влажности термогигрометром. Прибор показал, что влажность в норме. Проверили вентиляцию - работает очень хорошо. Видимых причин нет. Решать проблему никто не хочет, ищут причины в нас. В акте указали, что такое состояние окон из-за того, что я готовлю на кухне, стираю в ванной, что маленький ребенок, аквариум 30 литров. Не анекдот ли? Почему в договоре не указывают, что при установке окон "Арка" нельзя готовить, стирать, рожать и разводить рыб? Предложили как вариант открывать окно во время готовки зимой!!! Отвратительные окна, безответственные сотрудники. Понятно, что легче всего ничего не делать и нести всякую охинею в защиту своей фирмы. Гарантийный срок еще не вышел. Планирую обратиться в суд.
